pwe128 accepts deposits and (where applicable) withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon (bank transfers); and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay (e-wallets). E-wallet funding is available for deposits only — withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts registered in your name.
Deposit funds typically appear in your Account within seconds to 5 minutes for bank transfers and instantly for e-wallets. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–60 minutes during standard business hours (WIB, Monday–Sunday). Processing times may extend to 1–3 hours during peak periods (evenings, weekends, Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, or Indonesian Independence Day). pwe128 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party banking systems.

Users are advised to verify all bet details (selection, stake, odds) carefully before confirming, as confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except where a specific cashout feature is available and active.
Minimum and maximum wager limits vary by game type, market, and user VIP tier. Standard minimum wager is Rp 1,000 per bet. Maximum wager limits are displayed within each betting market or game interface. pwe128 reserves the right to reduce maximum wager limits for individual users at any time, particularly where betting patterns suggest irregular or professional activity.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or abandoned without a result; a manifest error in odds pricing is identified by pwe128's trading team; or the event outcome is subject to a credible integrity investigation. pwe128's decision on void bets is final and binding.
In the event that a wager is accepted due to a manifest error — including an obvious mis-pricing of odds, a system malfunction, or a data-feed error — pwe128 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the user's Account. pwe128 is not liable for any loss of expected winnings arising from such voids.
